Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This may vary for custom orders, in which case please refer to the specific communication provided to you about your order.

Any orders of alcohol / other restricted items are available for local delivery or in-person events only. If you have questions about this, please email us at hello@roshaedesigns.com

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For free shipping: Shipping is free for any and all orders $100 USD and over

Local delivery

If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers. 

Local delivery is available for orders containing alcohol within 40 miles of Atlanta, GA. Delivery rates apply.

Deliveries are made from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Wednesdays and Sundays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via USPS Priority Mail services, which ships to over 100 countries including Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Due to COVID-19 certain international restrictions may apply. Please visit https://www.usps.com/international/priority-mail-international.htm for the latest updates on international shipping.

If you have any questions regarding an international order, please contact us at hello@roshaedesigns.com prior to completing your purchase.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Roshae Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please do not complete any purchase if you do not agree to pay your country’s import fees.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@roshaedesigns.com with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

If you supply a PO Box address, your order will be shipped via USPS.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of the services provided, Roshae Designs is unable to accept returns or provide refunds with certain exceptions listed below.

It shall be the Client's responsibility to review all completed custom work within 48 hours of delivery. If notified within 48 hours of delivery, and at the sole discretion of Roshae Designs, reasonable requests for revision will be considered.

Any errors made by Roshae Designs will be redone at no cost to the Client. If errors are due to mistakes in Client-provided information, the Client will be responsible for all costs related to the creation of new items.

All purchases are final for any digital goods.

Any regularly stocked shop products that have not been customized or personalized may be returned within 30 days of purchase in its unused and original condition for a full refund. Return shipping and related insurance costs shall be the responsibility of the Client. If we receive back damaged goods, the refund amount will vary.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@roshaedesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
